Whimsical ranking: Apples

If I had to rank my favorite types of apples, here is what I would say:
  1. Fuji
  2. Ambrosia (just found these yesterday)
  3. Pink Lady
  4. Braeburn
  5. Gala
Normally I would have to include Honeycrisp, but I'm on a big organic kick, and I'm not sure that Honeycrisps can be grown without the assistance of man and chemicals and injections of honey goodness.

I'm sorry to report that Fuji apples are also a man made, genetically modified creation of goodness. The good news is that both are available as organically grown. You may want to modify the list accordingly

I bought some Jonagolds last weekend at Pike Place Market. They were delicious. Better than Honeycrisps.
