Pants free weekend edition

Someone that I work with completely removes his pants when going to the bathroom. Twice I've seen him putting his pants back on (in the stall). I can't for the life of me figure out why.

there's a seinfeld episode about that. i bet these people adopted that tradition after seeing that episode. is seinfeld in reruns over there yet? i don't know how long the delays are so far away.
